新入手S9 13.5T,开机运行正常了不到48小时,今天下午在矿池看到算力掉到9T,打开后台查看,三块算力板其中一块算力为0,远程重启了一下,只能看到两块算力板了,见下图。

只是简单的找不到算力板,找到的都是00000000,没有X,没有-,数量没少,温度正常,

花了一下午一晚上时间搜索各种资料,发现算力板莫名丢失的问题在R4,S7,S9等各款矿机上普遍存在,中国,美国,俄罗斯等各国用户都有反映,多是刚收到机器还没怎么使用,短的一两天,长的也没超过一个月,买多台矿机的,丢算力板故障占到了50%,更可怕的是,都没有得到妥善解决,美国那哥们儿,修好了寄回去,一通电发现故障还是照旧,抱怨以后二次返修,修好了,用了一天,又丢了。

我这因为是刚刚才收到的新机+官电,所以当然还在保,并且由于在境外,返修极不方便,成本高,时间没法控制,于是在不拆标签的前提下反复尝试分析修复,在反复测试的过程中发现一个现象:

三块算力板的数据线分别接控制板的J6,J7,J8三个口,上电时,J6和J8板上的红灯亮,J7板的红灯不亮,系统起来以后,等待风扇狂响一阵,网络连接上了,然后J6板上的红灯灭掉了,J7板上的红灯却亮起来了,当然J8板也是亮的,于是后台状态显示的是7和8正常工作,找不到板6。

这一现象每次都能复现。

断开板7和8的电源和数据线,只连接板6,上电,灯亮,等待,灯灭,查看后台,一块有效算力板都没有。

断开板6和8的电源线和数据线,只连接板7,上电,灯不亮,等待,灯亮,查看后台,7号板正常工作,算力约4.6T。

断开板6和7的电源线和数据线,只连接板8,上电,灯亮,等待,查看后台,8号板正常工作,算力月4.6T。

电源是正常的,10个6pin插头排列组合过了,不管怎么换都是6和7出状况。

板7是能正常工作的,虽然刚上电的时候灯不亮。

板6情况不明,加电时正常,但系统启动中应该是自检时发现了问题,所以给保护了不让用。

好容易折腾到晚上,官网从维护中恢复了,于是下载了固件升级,很简单的就刷成功了。重启,故障照旧,刷过后的概况页是这样的:

刚刚又想到一点,我应该把三块算力板分别接到J8口上单独测试一下,看是不是控制板有问题,明天再试吧,如果是控制板的问题,能单独寄块控制板给我换么?

更新测试结果

把板6接到J7和J8,板8和板7分别接到J6,证明控制板各接口和数据线都没有问题,板6接在哪里都是不能工作,而另两块板接在哪里都正常工作。

按收到货的原始状态,板6接J6,7-7,8-8,上电后板6和8灯均点亮,板7灯不亮,然后风扇高速,除了网口灯闪,网口右边两个灯(故障和工作)不亮,然后三块板上的红灯都不亮,网口灯继续闪,持续一小段时间后,板7和8上的灯亮,板6亮不起来,风扇降速后又高速,这种全灭后再点亮的过程会出现一至二次,推测应为自检,然后网口右边工作灯闪,闪不到一分钟后风扇速度正常,此时后台刷新能看到矿机状态各参数,矿池刷新能看到算力提交。
